IAU Travel Grants

The IAU will provide a number of travel grants to support qualified scientists to whom only limited means of support are available, e.g. colleagues from economically less privileged countries, young scientists and participants with young children.

Who can apply?

Everyone (except invited speakers, SOC, and LOC members) can apply, as long as they participate in-person and provide a contribution (following IAU rules).

When?

The application deadline (and abstract submission) for an IAU Travel Grant is on January, 20th 2023.

How?

After downloading filling out the IAU Travel Grant form, it should be sent to loc@csfk.org

Note that grants will be paid upon arrival and registration at the meeting.
